Lose Body Fat and Keep It Off

Lose Body Fat and Keep It Off In my youth I was fat. During the time I was a kid it was unusual to be fat. I was very active and strong yet I just ate too much. Yet that didn’t change my picture of what I was when I looked in the mirror. I had an “it’s time to make some changesâ€? talk one of my older brothers. I got it. I lost weight by making a few changes. This was at a time when I had a major growth spurt. In high school every jiggle made me feel fat even though I was of relatively normal size and weight. After College Football I didn’t keep up the exercise and my body change in proportions. I needed to lose some fat. By Christmas after the football season I had one pair of pants that I could get into and I couldn’t afford a new wardrobe. That was my wake up call. Over several months I trimmed down about 30 pounds. The traditional college life style made doing that a challenge. I did several things right and learned what doesn’t work. As my body changed with age and different activities it has been a challenge to control my fat. In the process I have avoided fat producing habits found those life style habits that support my goal and my health. Every year I belong to a smaller group of normal weight people. I see more people my age lose the battle and put on pounds. As a doctor I saw the apathy of so many people and yet they stuffer with recurring health problems related to their life style. The tragedy is that nearly every one of these people failed in their duty to maintain their health. We don’t have a right to good health. We have a duty to be healthy. A key factor to control weight is how we think about weight or fat. This often leads to the failed attempts at fat loss. Many people lose weight yet don’t lose the life style and the way they think about their weight or fat. The fat comes back for most people. There are some weight loss programs that can help yet I find most of them do not give us the support our metabolic needs and help us change the ways to live. Most are weight loss programs that fail in the end. I have lost 40 pounds and kept the fat off. I was fortunate to have not accepted the concepts about fat and weight that many people do accept.
This can be illustrated by the story of twin boys that had opposing adult success. One was CEO of a corporation and the other was a homeless alcoholic. When asked the question, “What do you feel lead you to your current situation?” the answer was the same. “What do you expect if your father was an alcoholic?” It is how we react to what we see, hear and feel about issues as experience them in our youth. It is not who we are but it is what we think based on what we have learned. You need to recognize that you can change and the results are priceless. Changing your thinking is a critical first step to a successful life changing transition to a body that is vibrant, lean, healthy, solid, strong and energetic. What is better kind of football pants the kind with the loose fitting pads or the kind with the pads sewn in them?
What size pants do I need to get them?
Are the youth football pants comfortable to wear or are they uncomfortable to wear ?
What size cleats do I need?

What size shoulder pads?

OH and the league only provides Jerseys lame

I’m sorry. I don’t believe you.
1. For any number of reasons there is NO program that requires the player to buy all the equipment except jerseys yet gives no instructions or recommendations.
2. I never heard of a program that starts a “few weeks” from May 24th.
3. You say you’re a single father of twins yet a minute ago you said you and your wife just found out you’re going to have twins and name them Miles and Milo.
