How can i get a sticker with my team logo on it for my Football visor/eyeshield?

I’ve seen on some college/Pro Football player’s visors that instead of having the Under Armour, Oakley, or Nike logo, they have a decal with their own logo on it. How can i get a sticker/decal for my visor?
